Visit a sausage factory in full production. Chopping, kneading, mixing spices, marinating, stuffing, tying, drying, etc.

And you can make yourself some of the most typical products of the Serranía, using the recipes and tools of the ancient tradition of “la matanza” (the slaughter).

Afterwards you can enjoy your products outdoors, next to the barbecue set up in the garden.
